I am looking for a consultant to advise on our foodservice operations in
our new building (currently under construction), including the cafe and
catering for special events. I was hoping that someone might be able to
provide the names of consultants/consulting firms that others in the
museum industry have worked with as they developed their
foodservice/catering operations.
