Hi Cathy,
I am currently taking a law class this semester at Goucher College called "Law in the Arts".  It is a required course for the MA program in Arts Administration and focuses on copyright laws.  We cover VARA, Berne Convention, etc.  If you have any questions I'd be happy to help.
