At our site we charged fees depending:
1) if they were non-profit or commercial organizations;
2) amount of staff/security time involved;
3) if access to buildings were necessary or if they were using the
grounds, i.e., what percent of the complex were they using for the
filming; and
4) Stipulation that the site be recognized in the film.
