Pay Grade: 60 Hourly Range: $13.07 - $23.24
Purpose of Position:
The registrar for the Palace of the Governors/History Museum
generates & maintains records pertaining to the
museum's collections, insurance, and loans. Responsible for tracking
of the physical locations of the collections as
well as monitoring of their condition.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any field (four years additional experience as
a registrar and/or collections manager will
substitute for the Degree).
Experience:
3 years experience as a Registrar and/or collections management. One
year of the 3 should involve experience of
packing, moving, shipping, receiving of collections.

Conditions of Employment:
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and
all terms/conditions of that agreement apply and
must be adhered to.
Working
Professional office environment; museums. Some evening and weekend
hours. Some heavy lifting may be required.
Shared office space with no natural light.
