Dear ICDAD Members and Friends,

 

  During our e-election of the New Board of ICDAD following up the General Meeting of ICOM in Shanghai, Rainald Franz (Austria) was reelected president of the ICDAD for 2010-2013. Silvia Barisione (Italy) will serve a second term as secretary for the committee; Petra Krutisch (Germany) will assume the position of committee treasurer again.  

 

The ICDAD also welcomes the Board members: Ellenor Alcorn (USA), Elsebeth Welander-Berggren (Sweden), and Wolfgang Schepers (Germany). We especially welcome Helena Koenigsmarková (Czech Republic) as new member of the Board.

I hope that you will join me in extending your congratulations and best wishes to our board, and that you will offer your support to us during our 2010-2013 mandate.  It has been an honour to serve as ICDAD president during the 2007-2010 triennial period, and I thank each of you for your support, encouragement, and friendship during my tenure. We are looking forward to good cooperation with all international and national committees.
