MUSEUM EDUCATOR

Museum Educator, full time, to take education programs to the next level.  
Responsibilities include extensive interaction with teachers and 
administrators to increase school program participation, expand adult 
public programs, initiate docent program, recruit and manage volunteers, 
participate in grant development, work with advisory committee, modify 
existing programs and develop new ones as appropriate. Prior museum 
education experience and college degree required, advanced degree and 
grant writing experience preferred.  Must be outgoing, energetic, and like 
children. New museum facility, competitive compensation, convenient
