Jon,
You may need to hire a contract researcher for such work, if their staff is
not available. The British Library should be able to provide you with a
short list of people available for such work, and their fees.
As an aside, in the process of my research at remote sites, I have found it
vastly useful to simply digitally photograph the pages I want, versus
xeroxing or note taking. I can read the document on my computer, put in on
disk, and print them any time I please. Perhaps that would be an option for
your overseas research. The shipping costs would be less, or free, if you
have ony a few images which could be e-mailed.
Good luck.

Geetings Listers!
I'm conducting research and have discovered that a helpful title is only
available at the British Library in London. The volume was published in
1814; so, it's unlikely to circulate especially to the States. Because I
don't have a specific reference to page numbers, a standard request for
copies via inter-library loan isn't possible. Has anyone on the list
identified helpful staff at the British Library or British Museum who'd be
sympathetic to conducting a simple search and copying? Thanks!
Jon
