Dear All,
I serve on the Board of Directors of an historical society. We are having a
fund raising event which will include an auction of items -- travel
packages; time shares; jewelry; etc. Someone has offered to donate antique
furniture for the auction. The pieces are not of interest to our
organization. Is there any conflict with the historical society accepting
the items and keeping the proceeds from the sale?
Thanks for your anticipated help, replying directly would be fine if you
wish.
