People, enough hate mail and responses. Let's get back to the real issues we
face in our organizations today -- how to remain relevant in a market-driven
economy; how to attract a younger generation to our organizations; we talk
diversity but can't seem to do it; being accountable and engaged; and, not
the least of our concerns -- employment, succession planning and
compensation. As Gandhi said, we need to be the change we want to see.
Best, Geri Thomas, www.artstaffing.com.
