I am just completing a retnal policy for an historic site within a park like
setting. I am seeking feedback on a few issues:
- it is understood that buildings would be smoke free - how about smoking on
the grounds of your historic house/museum? If you do not allow smoking on
the grounds and rent your facility has it limited the use of the site by
potential renters?
- if you rent for wedding receptions how much time do you provide within the
rates for set up and cleanup or do you charge extra time for both. What
about the phone calls etc. with questions, requests - do you charge an
overhead administration fee? What time do you allow weddings to go on into
the evening?
I would appreciate hearing from you.
Thanks
Marilynn
