I am in the process of doing research on admissions/retail point of sale (POS) systems for a new branch of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum being put together in Memphis, TN.  Is there anyone out there that uses the Explorer Systems integrated POS, group sales, membership software/system?  OR Gateway Ticketing software/system.  Could you please email me with your experiences, recommendations, and/or criticisms of these softwares.  
 
OR is there a system that you would strongly recommend that I look into?  This will help me greatly in making a well informed decision.
