Specialist in Ancient Chinese Art (Junior or Mid-Level)
For our distinguished auction house client, we are seeking a Specialist
in Ancient Chinese Art. Responsibilities include researching,
cataloguing, and preparing property for public and private sales;
assisting clients; preparing condition reports for works of art;
coordinating photography and restoration activiites; assisting with
catalogue production; and responding to public inquiries. Candidates
must speak and read fluent Mandarin and English, and have a minimum of
two years substantial experience working for an art museum, gallery or
similar organization. BA required; MA preferred. Excellent
communications, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
Salary TBD, dependent on level of experience; excellent benefits

Administrative Assistant (full-time or part-time)
For our important Upper East Side gallery client, we are seeking an
administrative assistant to assist with all aspects of the gallery,
particularly with correspondence. The ideal applicant will have at
least two years experience in an art gallery and have excellent writing,
communications and research skills. Past experience with press releases
