Speaking of feasibility studies
Who are the museum consultants who know what they are doing? Who has had
good experience with consultants?
What would these consultants need to begin a study? A detailed Concept
Description or just a simple "We want a museum" brochure?
Are there any good papers on doing feasibility studies? Where would one go
to get started on a feasibility study?
