Not a website, but Maureen Ogle's _All the Modern Conveniences: American
Household Plumbing, 1840-1890_ (Baltimore: Johns Hopkins University Press,
1996) is a terrific scholarly history and was a great help to me in doing a
furnishing plan for a c. 1900 bathroom for the Magoffin Home Historic State
Site in El Paso.
