Dear Museum and/or Education Folk:
[Pardon cross-posting. This is the LAST request for this information.]
Please respond directly to [log in to unmask] to avoid overloading the
group.
I seek information about (and/or reference to) art centers/museums with
programs that guide participants through a creative process in writing about
visual art -- whether artwork in a permanent collection or in temporary
exhibitions, whether ancient or contemporary.
I am compiling as extensive a list as is possible . . . so far thirteen.
As soon as I've gotten everything into a standard format, I will gladly
share the list (which includes contacts) with all who are interested. Feel
free to send me a brief message to that effect, so I can create a email
list.
A special 'thank you' to those who have already sent me information; and
a thanks in advance to those who have yet to contribute!
[Note: Whilst interesting, I am *not* seeking information about programs
that are pure writing (i.e., not in response to visual art) or are entirely
self-generated (i.e., participants write, then illustrate their writing).]
Best wishes, sincerely,
Jay Heuman
