Here's my 0.02:
.01: I have a friend who gives a "ghost" tour of the historic
cemetery in a CT town. She does this at Halloween time: it fits the
site, and the time of year.
.02: We have an armor on display that has a big ol' hole in the
chest. This invariably leads to guests asking the available
educator/interpreter if the place is haunted. My answer is always
this: "I am a skeptic. I don't believe in ghosts. However, some of my
coworkers believe in ghosts and say they have heard or seen things."
