I also have never heard anything about bibliographies being covered by 
intellectual rights.  I can see where if you were to use someone's entire 
bibliography (say from a paper, presentation, book, etc.) it would be common 
courtesy to ask permission, but I've never been told its infringing on 
someone's rights if you don't.

Besides, I'm not sure you could call the major of posts on this topic a 
"bibliography."  Most of the info you got were just titles, authors, and 
actors.  You are still going to have to go and find publishers, years, movie 
studios, directors, etc.
