Hello everyone,
Thought you might want to know about this resource:
http://oaister.umdl.umich.edu/o/oaister/
It "mines" the collection records of hundreds of institutional databases
(those that have submitted information). It is managed by the University of
Michigan Digital Library.
I am searching for similar sites or internet engines that include sites with
a focus on object collections. Are there favorites you like to use? I am
particularly interested in dental topics/artifacts of course! But if you
know of internet tool sites with broad based historical interest that happen
to include several museum databases (or parts thereof), I would enjoy
hearing about them.
Thanks.
