Hi Cheryl-
We are a University Museum and I have been using EmbArk for the past 3
years. In November, I went to NY for further training on the system. I am
not familiar with Past Perfect but I would highly recommend EmbArk.
I currently maintain around 1000 pieces in our collection of 2-D and 3-D
work. I am able to keep track and run all sorts of reports and it is also
fabulous for keeping the temporary records for show coming in and out of the
galleries. The best part of EmbArk is the support staff- they are
wonderful to work with and have helped me so much in all of my questions.
They are hands down the best support company I have ever worked with.
If you have further questions on anything, please feel free to let me know.
Good luck with choosing your system.
Brook
