To clarify my usage of "art gallery:" in Canada, the institution that
you call the "art museum" is generally called the "public art
gallery," we also call art dealers' establishments "galleries" but
they are usually called "commercial galleries." The public gallery I
was refering to is generally a collecting, publicly funded museum that
is characterized by a programme of changing temporary exhibitions,
examples would be the Art Gallery of Ontario, the National Gallery of
Canada, etc.
