God was not thinking anything. The existence of nipples on human males, and
many other mammalian species, has been explained long ago.
As to the Theory of Evolution, it does indeed remain a theory. The
interesting thing is referring to it as "just a theory", as if that somehow
denegrates it, allowing one to cast it aside philosophically. Try informing
a fundamentalist Christian of the fact that creationism is also just a
theory, and see what response you get.
