I am curious as well because I was recently told we charged way to
little for our use fees which are $50/image for local advertisers and
$100/image for national advertisements of 5000 copies or more. I would
love to see what others charge so that we can readdress our fees. Our
images get used quite often due to the international name of Aspen.

Subject: Usage fees
I'm looking for information on what most institutions with photographic
collections are charging for usage fees these days -- by that I mean, in
addition to the cost of reproducing the photograph, if the print will be
used in a commercial establishment or published, etc., what per-image
usage
fee are you charging? I am afraid our fee schedule is out of step.
Feel free to respond offlist at [log in to unmask], if you like. Thank
you!
