The city of Victoria, BC has long been quite proud of it's cemeteries;
a number of walking tours and public programmes have centred around them
for years now (since at least the 1980s). I suggest you refer your
intern to the Old Cemeteries Society of Victoria website at
http://www.oldcem.bc.ca/index.htm
