I think that we are parsing a bit here.
Small museums or large, accredited or not, sending unsolicited and infested
collections objects through the mail without any prior communication?
This definitely doesn't qualify as "Intelligent Design"!
I would repackage it in plastic and send it right back to them with the
educational note in an envelope and written on the outside in big letters, "NO
THANKS!"
