We have a situation -
A person wants to purchase a set of art work (that we have in our
possession) and then donate the art to us. The artist and owner of the art
work is related to this person. The person who wants to purchase this want
to remain anonymous to the artist. This is the part I am having trouble
with. The person who wants to purchase wants to pay for the works over 4
years so the art work is not really this person's to give until it is paid
for and the artist gets a check - am I right? Has anyone come across this
before and how did you handle it?
Thanks for any advice.
