We have just processed several scrapbooks using PP and we added page # to
name/subjects entry line under name/subject sections and made an index as we
went through our books that had no prior index. While this makes two
indexes, it is better than none. They can be done straight into program or
by a volunteers with simple Word Pad software at home working from
photocopies and then cutting and pasting into PP off disks. (Disks also
provide extra back-up of the "guts" of the scrapbook.) With the
alphabetizing button on PP, it made it easy to perform that function, too.
Contact me off-line if you would like more info ([log in to unmask]).
