Hi all,
Anyone have a non-lethal solution to dealing with groundhogs/whistle
pigs/woodchucks or whatever else you want to call 'em? They're all over the
historic house site where I work and while they are generally harmless, I am
worried that someone's going to stick a foot in one of their holes and break an
ankle. Shooting or trapping doesn't do much good as more move in shortly
afterwards.
Is there a deterrant like coyote urine or other substance that we can put down
the holes to keep them out of there or convince them to go elsewhere? Anyone
have a pack of dachshounds we can rent out periodically?
Thanks!
Deb
