Looking into schools you also need to look at the market and
employability of the career field.  Although, it has been a tough last
few years, there are other options besides museums one can work and
important to look into.  With a B.A./B.S. and higher degrees in Museum
Studies/Museology, you can get into nonprofit, private and federal (and
of course teaching) positions that are practically the same as
working in a museum.

I've been a ED, Curator, Asst. Director and now working as a Museum
Specialists with the federal government.  So keep these things in mind,
especially with the changing economy it is nice to have somewhere else
to fall back on in case that degree does not get you a job in museums.
