Hi April,
I just used a portable foamboard cutter for the first time--it works quite
well. In the past, I had used a sharp utility knife or an X-acto knife on
foamboard, but I now prefer the foamboard cutter. I ordered mine from Light
Impressions for about $20, and it is made by Logan.
Good luck,
Rebecca
