Hi, Rickie,
I'd suggest explaining how (and why) to join a listserve and check
its archives. In addition to Museum-L, ALHFAM, I'd add the science
center list, ISEN-ASTC-L, Association of Science-Technology Centers.
State history listserves are invaluable too, both for ideas and
publicizing events--state historical commission should be able to
point you to yours (a good many are now part of the H-Net: Humanities
and Social Sciences Online listserve group run out of Michigan State.
The range of subdisciplines represented among its listserves is
amazing, and you can join for a bit, ask your question, and leave.).
