Having returned relaxed and refreshed from a fortnight in the heat of
California and Nevada I thought it time to add a new sub section to Global
Museum.

I have received an earlier request from a reader, for a list of scholarships
and fellowships for students in programs related to museums and I intend
adding this in to the museum studies section of the website.

Other lists exist that have some of this material but I would like something
more definitive for our international readership.

If you know of any scholarship or fellowship could you please email a reply
to [log in to unmask]

This is what is needed for each entry:

* Name of scholarship / fellowship
* Location (where applicable), specify country/geographical location
* Contact details for application - names, email, telephone
* Web Address -  if this information is available on a web site
* Conditions - if you know them, short summary paragraph
* Endorsements -  if you have been the recipient of a scholarship /
fellowship and want to tell us of its worth/benefit to you?

Hope you are able to assist with this information gathering exercise and
please pass this email on to friends and colleagues who might assist with
this initiative
