Greetings,
Does anyone know of published data on the relationship between length of visit at an informal learning venue (whether a museum, zoo, science center, etc.) & ages of children in family groups?
I'm making the assumption that families with older children (elementary school & older) tend to stay longer than families with younger children (preschoolers, toddlers & infants) because of the need for naps, feeding & so on.
As always, I remember reading something about this...but can't put my hands on it. Thanks.
