forgive the redunancy...
i work for a fledgling organization called 'artspace in the west edge.' as
most of you who've had the experience can attest, 99% of the board's energy
went into, 'lets get the doors open.'
i've been researching sustainability plans to help with the longer term
goals (we've only been open 6 weeks!) while i've found some good general
templates and some good white papers on-line, i've not found much that has
been art-specific. do you have experience with writing one, or have a
model you could share? although i know circumstances will differ from
community to community, having examples is always a help!
we're a 21,000 square foot facility, in a metro area of about 350,000.
