Hi All,
I'm wondering if someone can clarify the difference
between public non-profits and private non-profits for
me. My understanding is that they primary differ by
funding sources. Are there other ways to distinguish
them? Would a private non-profit operate under a
different collections policy than a public non-profit?
Thanks for your input!
