As a current graduate student, I have a few questions this listserv might be
able to help me with.
*If you work for a naval museum or library, are you a naval employee?
*Do naval museums or libraries require that staff be enlisted?
*Or will they hire civilians?
I have a BA in History, am currently working on a MS in library science, and
am very interested in receiving a PhD in history.
*Does anyone have any advice and/or recommendations for me regarding funding
for school/tuition, and/or programs or contacts for employment in the above
mentioned settings?
Beggars can not be choosers, I can relocate from Texas, but would prefer to
stay in the southeast region of the United States. I will graduate with the
MS in May 2006.
Any input is much appreciated.
Thank you for your time and Happy Holidays,
Lisa Searcy
