Check with the San Bernardino County Museum (California). They serve as a repository for federal collections that they help collect and have a contract that may be of use to you.
Contact: Robert McKernan, Director ([log in to unmask])
My colleague is working on a contract to store some artefacts for an
external organsation.
The contract is on lending of repository space for an external
organisation's collection. Are there anyone who has done this before and
have a sample of the contract to share? We just need it as reference and
will adopt appropriately. Understand that confidential information such as
the collection involved and 'tenant' and 'landlord' institutions will be
deleted before you forward to me.
Any help will be much appreciated.
