We have a policy about champagne. See "Alcohol" on our guidelines page,

Subject: red wine ban
Along with wine stains, we had a problem about ten years ago with a
flying champagne cork at a reception. It managed to puncture a very
important painting and required quite an investment with a conservator
to repair. Does anyone ban champagne? I can see that might be a problem
if a site hosts many wedding receptions.
Balloons? We have a Grand Hall with a 95 foot ceiling, and the hall
itself is longer than that. Balloons are bad. Maybe if someone comes up
with a R/C version of the killer balloon?
