Hi all,
Please excuse the cross-postings. First, thank you to everyone who
responded with ideas for increasing attendance in small museums. Your
ideas coupled with ideas generated locally helped me convince our
administration that 1). their projections for attendance are unrealistic
and 2). while we may not make the project goal of 8500, we are not
without ideas to work toward that goal. As part of the next step in
this process, I need to develop a formal programming plan. I've put
together a draft of one, but would love to see an example of a completed
plan. Would anyone have examples they would like to share? E-mail
attachments are fine, or you can mail or fax them. I appreciate all of
your help.
