A photographer is taking pictures of the paintings in our collection for a 
catalogue.  He has agreed to transfer all copyright ownership to the college 
so that we can use the photographs as we wish.  I would like to have him sign 
a form to be kept on file.  Does anyone have a copyright release or transfer 
form that they use for this purpose and would be willing to share?
