Andy, first off, are these garments that are normally washed? I assuming
you're the boxing hall of fame or something like that...I guess I don't know
whether those satin trunks and robes are usually dry cleaned. Of course,
that is out of the question...however...if the pieces are washable, I think
you might consider washing them this one time, hand washing with Orvis,
laying flat to dry on a screen, the whole nine yards. I'm concerned about
old perspiration also, which can be a killer to textiles.
