Subject: B&W picture of early gas station wanted - ASAP
Hi all,
I'm looking for a B&W picture of an exterior of a gas station from like
1930-1960 similar to this picture from Corbis. Look for image# F6728
Corbis wants - $465!!!!! for the freaking picture which is dated from 1935 and
probably out of copyright to boot. I can buy who stock photo cds for that much
money.
Anyway, if you or your museum has one that my company can use a copy of, we'd
pay you a reasonable useage fee plus copying expenses and shipping. We needed
this like yesterday so we'd pay for Fed Ex or to e-mail us a high-quality scan
of it.
Thanks in advance!
Deb
