Thompson Conservation Labs is in Oregon. They specialize in book
conservation, but would also be able to direct you to a local handbinder
who could make you exactly what you want.
You could also check the Book Arts Web site to find a local binder,
www.philobiblion.com, or I could forward your query to the Book Arts list
and have any binders interested in the project contact you.
