There are not many organizations that are specifically interested in funding physical access projects. The following are the few that I've found as well as a couple of global disability funding directories, and a few technology funding resources.

Department of the Interior Washington, D.C. 20240 202/208-3100 www.doi.gov Funds on a competitive basis to states and municipalities to acquire or improve recreation areas, outdoor parks, playgrounds, and other areas. Funds can be used to make access improvements.
Research Grant Guides P.O. Box 1214, Laxahatchee, FL 33470 561/795-6129 Publishes Directory of Grants for Organizations Serving People with Disabilities ($65.50, 2000) formerly the Handicapped Funding Directory, a guide to funding that lists more than 1200 foundations, corporations, and associations that grant funds to nonprofit organizations for programs and services for persons with disabilities ($73.50 including shipping and handling), the Directory of Building and Equipment Grants ($65.50, April 2001) guide for organizations to resources that make funds available for buildings and equipment.
