Helium balloons would have needed 40 or 50 foot long ribbons/string
where I used to work. Methinks that's not very economical. LOL!

I have spent some time lately looking at various museums' rental
policies, and I've noticed that some contracts state that balloons are
allowed as long as they have a long enough string/ribbon to retrieve it
if they should float to the ceiling. Not a bad idea, IMO.
