Subject: Area Codes and # changes - assistance please
Gentle Listers,
I need to update info for virtually ALL of the museums in my database ..
(1000's of
them) .. I've been receiving increasing amounts of email from irate
individuals who
now have a phone number that was once assigned to a museum.
I've identified one of the primary issues being changes in AREA CODES ..
I've
already plowed through about a third of the orgs in my database (over many
months)
.. I did the "big" states first .. now I'm simply moving through the state
lists
alphabetically.
I think a beter approach would be to simply identify those states that have
had AREA
CODE CHANGES in the past few years .. that's where this list can help.
Has your state had area code changes? - If so, please drop me a note and lt
me know.
- There might be an "enhanced listing" for museums that help me out here ;)
