Good Afternoon,
We are currently evaluating the effectiveness of our group sales outreach programme at The Phillips Collection. If you have a moment, please answer the following questions.
1. What outreach procedure is used for group sales?
(a) Is most outreach tied to a special exhibition?
(b) If you use group mailings as a marketing tool, how far out from the exhibition date is the mailing sent and what is included in the mailing? e.g. tour request forms, etc.
2. Is advertising done specifically for group sales? If so, where do you advertise?
3. What kind of incentives do you offer? Hotel and Restaurant discounts?
4. If your institution offers discounts for group visits, what are they?
5. How many non-school group visitors do you get per year?
6. What is the total number of group visitors per year?
7. What percentage of your overall visitors are group visitors?
