Amy,
You might also look into having the originals reproduced (scanned on a
large format scanner) if they are in a condition to do so, and then have
them printed out. You could then store the originals away and use use the
copies for everyday reference. Definitly the way to go if you are refering
to fragile drawings on a very regular basis.
