Yes, I have. These firms are usually hired by tribes, and tend to not last very long. The last one I dealt with was working for the Blackfeet tribe (and several other tribes.) By the time I could get a reply to them about the items they wwere seeking, they were no longer working for the tribes. I would check with the government NAGPRA website (or call their office,) and/or the tribe they claim to be representing and make sure that they are a legitimate enterprise--sometimes they are not.
