The Special Collections Department, Morris Library, University of
Delaware just closed an exhibit titled "The American Feast."  The exhibit
included a wide array of cookbooks, domestic manuals, posters and other
printed ephemera from their collection.  Although the exhibit is now over,
interested parties can receive bibliographical information by sending
