there are screw-in extensions that will fit in fixtures, that pivot on a
ball. this will allow you to get a bulb below the recessed housing. check
lighting suppliers for this accessory.

Hello,
Recently our museum's boardroom has been used as a
gallery. The problem is the only lighting in this
room is recessed lighting. Is there any suggestion
how to properly light 2 dimensional works without the
use of track lighting available?
